Store Policy — MALuxury Furniture

  1. All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.

  2. Every order is carefully inspected and shipped in its original packaging. Please check your item upon delivery before signing. Once the delivery is accepted, any transit-related damage may not be eligible for a claim, as all items are insured during shipment.

  3. If a chargeback is filed for a credit-card payment, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The item must be returned at the customer’s expense in the same condition received. If the item isn’t returned after a chargeback, the seller reserves the right to retain the full payment.

  4. Custom-made orders require a minimum 50% deposit to begin production.

  5. Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable once production has started, as each piece is made specifically for you.

  6. Returns for damaged or incorrect items must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and items must remain unused and in original packaging.

  7. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our end.

  8. Refunds or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items will be processed once the return is inspected and approved.

  9. Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless the wrong item was sent.

  10. Unauthorized returns (sent without prior approval) cannot be accepted or refunded.

  11. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  12. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that don’t meet our policy requirements.
